At SALTUM, we want your shopping experience to be convenient and worry-free. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below.
Return Period: Please initiate any returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can't provide refunds or exchanges for returns requested after this period has expired. You can start the return or exchange process by sending an email to info@saltumsports.com
Please not that clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product defects or damage upon delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. We only cover shipping costs for damaged or defective orders. Customers must bear the return fee for other cases. However, we currently support free exchange of items.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We'll inspect returned products, and if an item isn't in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error, only partial refunds are possible.
Refunds:
- Payment Refunds: We aim to release the payment back to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.
- Gift Card Refunds: If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a new gift credit for the return's value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift code will be sent to your email.
- Exchange Item Shipping Cost: Currently, we provide free exchange for all items. You need to ship items back to our warehouse, and once we receive the items, we will exchange them.
- Gift Cards Exchange: If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return's value. If it wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, you'll need to wait for it to be delivered. After receiving the order, you can apply for a return and refund following our return and refund policy.
